Flyer Beasts are a type of mutated Jumper Beast.

History

Breez riding Flyer Beast

The Flyer Beasts journeyed to the surface of Antropolis City after the construction work of the workers disturbed the nest of their brethren. Upon reaching the surface, the Flyer Beasts attacked the city. One stole a radio station antenna from a building before being confronted by Natalie Breez, who used her jet boots and Fire Chain to wrangle the beast in an aerial battle. Though she was eventually bucked off, and Breez managed to use her Fire Chain to trap the creature on top of a building. All of the Jumpers were eventually recalled by the Queen Beast, ending the invasion. After the Jumpers' nest was destroyed, it is unknown if the Flyer Beasts had been killed by the incident or escaped to other places to save themselves.^{[Episode 11]}

Abilities and Traits

The Flyer Beasts are a type of mutated Jumpers that possess large, skeletal wings which allow them to fly at great speeds. The creatures also bear poisonous claws in one hand. Each of the creatures has four red eyes and a horn.

Weapons

After emerging into Antropolis City, the Flyer Beast that Breez fought used its non-clawed hand to grab a radio station antenna from a building, which could be used to locate Antropolis City inhabitants and for melee combat.

44020 Flyer Beast set

Set 44020 "Flyer Beast vs. Breez", which is medium-sized, was released at the beginning of 2014 (though delayed until March for North America).^{[Foil Pack]} The set contains 91 pieces, 79 of which are used to build the actual beast, while 12 are used for Breez and her weapon. The beast has a platform on his back that allows Breez to stand on him, as if she is riding him.

Trivia

• In Episode 11: Invasion From Below, the Flyer Beast's right forearm is yellow rather than black in its set. It also does not have the platform attached to its back, like its set.
