It's from Breakout: Part 2 or Episode 9 on the scene where Stringer sees his Hero Cuffs lying on the ground at the exact time Voltix sees them. The show sooms in on the Hero Cuffs. Meiko probably saw it on the Hero Factory website.-- FROGGER0 Ribbit!? 08:48, 23 August 2012 (PDT)
