"Omega's" name.
I think "Omega" is a codename for the Hero, and let me explain why. In Omega Recon Reports, he addresses "we" when he is referring to himself and his group of Hero Recon Team members. Plus, there are other groups of Recon Team members during Mission: Catch 'Em and Cuff 'Em. He ends each of his reports with saying "Recon Team Omega out". In the beginning of the Invasion From Below episode, the Alpha 1 Team was called "Team Alpha". So, I think what Omega said "Recon Team Omega", he meant his Hero Recon Team sub-group's name just to distinguish them from the other sub-groups. I would think that this Hero uses the name "Omega" as a codename to represent his sub-group. HRT members are secretive, you know, like "Smith" from Hero Factory FM.
