Unless it states that Core Hunter's weapon was looted from a Hero or something like that, they're probably just different weapons, and LEGO is lazy. Dorek 23:12, 6 February 2013 (PST)

I would say that the Plasma Shooter is the name of Core Hunter's gun while Julius Nex has a regular Plasma Gun rather than a Plasma Shooter (Face-Off: Makuro's Secret Guidebook in 2013 said that he has a Plasma Gun). Think about it. Core Hunter's gun has a spike on it. Julius Nex is the only one with the said "Plasma Shooter" while the other Breakout Heroes have Plasma Guns. Some of these Heroes' Plasma Guns are called "Plasma Shooters", when they are not officially called that, according to their Lego.com descriptions. So, it's mostly like a mistake made by the Hero Factory website. Lenny7092 (talk)Lenny7092
