Set Information

The set's canister

The set was released in late 2011 as one of the six canister Hero 3.0 sets. It consists of 30 pieces.

By combining pieces from Rocka 3.0 with pieces from 2145 Stormer 3.0, one can build a non-canon combination model.

Features

Rocka's weapon's four claws can move up and down.

The set's canister represents a Hero Pod in the story. On the back of the canister shows Rocka and Stormer combining into their combination model.

Collectibles

The set includes a gold helmet and white Hero Core. The helmet looks like a lion's head. Rocka has a transparent green limb armor piece that has his name and a picture of a lion's head on it. Printed underneath the canister's lid is a 13-digit code, which was used to unlock Rocka 3.0's portion of an online game called Creep Crushers, specifically a version of the game called Jungle Crushers, from the HeroPad section of HeroFactory.com in late 2011. Also included in the set is a sticker sheet with one circular sticker that promotes the Hero Recon Team website.

Trivia

  • This is the first Rocka set. Rocka never had a 1.0 or 2.0 set, despite his 2.0 form appearing in Episode 6: Savage Planet Part 1 and Comic 6: Savage Planet.
  • This is one of the first sets to feature gold pieces, the other being 2282 Rocka XL.
  • Rocka's eyes are shown in the helmet's mouth hole. In Episode 6 and Episode 7: Savage Planet Part 2, Rocka's helmet is smaller and adjusted to match his eyeline.
  • Rocka 3.0 is taller than the other Hero 3.0 sets and all the Hero 2.0 sets except for 2063 Stormer 2.0, which is at the same height as it. This is because both of these sets have longer foreleg pieces. However, in the Television Episodes, Stormer 2.0 and Rocka 3.0 are at the same height as the other 2.0 and 3.0 sets.
