Set Information
The set consists of 113 pieces, including a sticker sheet.
The set contains two mini-figures, Hero Dunkan Bulk and an orange and lime green Jumper. Bulk has a click shooter. The set also contains a blue cocoon.
By combining pieces from the Bulk Drill Machine with pieces from 44023 ROCKA Crawler and 44027 BREEZ Flea Machine, one can build a non-canon combination model.
Features
The Bulk Drill Machine features a detachable orange cockpit with an opening transparent gray visor. On each side of the cockpit is an arm-like device that can move forwards and backwards. The Drill Machine also has a platform on the top that has a drill, which can spin around. The drill can also flip around to reveal a laser gun on its back. On each side of the drill is a flick-fire missile launcher, which can launch two missiles. The drill can be raised up or lowered down. The platform can also be detached from the Drill Machine to replace 44028 SURGE & ROCKA Combat Machine's mini-jet half, allowing the other half of the Surge & Rocka Combat Machine from that set to use the drill. Each of the machine's front legs has a printed armor piece. The click shooter can be placed on one of the armor pieces.

Trivia
- This is the third HERO FACTORY set to have a drill, the others being 2192 Drilldozer and 44004 BULK.
- In the frist half of the mini-comic in the set's instruction manual, there is a maze. The reader has to help Bulk follow the maze to continue traveling through the Jumpers' cavern.
