Animations are made by LEGO to promote the Hero Factory sets and story. Such animations can be either television advertisements that run as set promotions, HeroFactory.com exclusive animations, or trailers for television episodes.

Four of the animations in 2010, along with six of Hero Factory FM broadcasts in the same year, can be downloaded directly to one's iPod device. One would have to search "LEGO Hero Factory" in iTunes' search tab to find the content.(shown in the September-October 2010 issue of the LEGO Magazine)
