Set Information

The set's box

The set consists of 63 pieces.

The set features a Lava Sphere Shooter. It also has Jetbug's two rocket boosters, which can go articulate to represent Jetbug flying.

The set includes a yellow head piece. It also has a printed armor piece on its right thigh.

  • Jetbug's head piece is the same as set 2194 Nitroblast's, but is placed backwards and yellow.
  • Jetbug's rocket boosters are similar to set 2235 Fire Lord's.
  • Despite what is shown in the box art, Jetbug does not have glowing red eyes in his set.
  • Despite the set using connector pieces, called "Part 93571", from the early 2011 sets in the instruction manual, the set does not have such pieces. It has the earlier version of the pieces, called "Part 60176", which was used in Bionicle's sets in 2008-2010.
  • Set 2236 Scorpio has a Meteor Blaster that is similarly built as Jetbug's.
