The set consists of 156 pieces.

Ohe back of the set's box shows Von Nebula battling William Furno from 7167 William Furno and Preston Stormer from 7164 Preston Stormer. The back also shows Von Nebula's stats.

Features

The set features the Black Hole Orb Staff. The staff's two blades around its orb can spin around. The set also has two flexible pincer pieces, which are on both sides of its head.

Collectibles

The set includes a black helmet.

Trivia

• All but two of the pieces come from BIONICLE Generation 1, with the other two being spike pieces, which are the same as set 7147 XPlode's Explosive Spikes, but black and blue rather than red and yellow.
• Von Nebula is the only villain set in the 2010 set year to not have a Meteor Blaster.
• Von Nebula's helmet is a black version of Hydraxon's from BIONICLE G1. Unlike BIONICLE G1's sets in 2009-2010 and Hero Factory's 2010-2012, his Glatorian head is positioned to have the scalp pointing forwards when Von Nebula is wearing his helmet.
• Unlike BIONICLE G1's 2006-2009 large set figures and 7162 Rotor, Von Nebula's forelegs are built backwards.
• Von Nebula's clawed hands are built similarly to Brutaka, Kardas, and Maxilos from BIONICLE G1.
