Set Information

The set's box

The set consists of 174 pieces.

The set features a blaster that is a variation of the Meteor Blaster. It also features a weapon with four claws that can move up and down.

The set is a larger version of Rocka from 2143 Rocka 3.0.

On the back of the box shows a battle between Rocka XL and Witch Doctor from 2283 Witch Doctor.

Like the canister set, the set includes a gold helmet and white Hero Core. The helmet looks like a lion's head. While the canister set has one transparent green limb armor piece that has his name and a picture of a lion's head on it, this set has two of these pieces.

  • This is the first Hero XL set, the others being 6230 STORMER XL and 44000 FURNO XL. 44022 EVO XL Machine is a play set where a Hero mini-figure is piloting a Battle Machine that is like a Hero XL figure.
  • This is one of the first sets to feature gold pieces, the other being the Rocka 3.0 set.
  • Like the Rocka 3.0 set, Rocka's eyes are shown in the helmet's mouth hole. In Episode 7: Savage Planet Part 2, Rocka's helmet is smaller and adjusted to match his eyeline.
  • Rocka XL's right forearm is longer than his left for an unknown reason.
  • Unlike the Rocka 3.0 set, this set has its claw weapon on its left forearm rather than its right for an unknown reason.
