This is a combiner model in late 2013, portraying a non-canon upgraded form of Mark Surge's Brain Attack form.
Set Information
The model is created by combining pieces of 44008 SURGE and 44009 DRAGON BOLT. It uses # of the two sets' pieces. The instructions for the model were on HeroFactory.com.
Features
The model features an opening translucent yellow-green and printed visor and four opening Hero Core Locking Clamps. It also has a red button on its back that can make its wings flag down, and it is supported by a white rubber band. The model comes with a blue helmet and a Hero Core.

- Surge looks taller in the combiner model than his set.
