Set Information
The model is created by combining pieces of mutated Jumper beasts from 44024 Tunneler Beast vs. Surge, 44026 Crystal Beast vs. Bulk, and 44029 Queen Beast vs. Furno, Evo & Stormer. It uses # of the three sets' pieces. The instructions for the model were on HeroFactory.com.
The set comes with six mini-figures, Hero William Furno, Hero Nathan Evo, Hero Mark Surge, Hero Dunkan Bulk, Hero Preston Stormer, and an orange and blue Jumper. The Heroes have three click shooters and a double shooter, which is the gun piece from the winter wave sets with a binoculars piece attached to the front of it. The model also comes with three cocoons, two green and one blue. The model has a green leaf-like piece of a cocoon on its back.
Features
The model has opening and snapping jaws. It also has opening pincers. The model can contain one of the cocoons on the tip of its tail.
Trivia
- According to the second Beast combiner's video and promotional comic in the summer wave sets, you may not need the Evo Spider Machine, which comes from the Queen Beast set, to build the combiner. This is because the Crystal Beast set and the Queen Beast set have five small black pieces in total while the combiner is described in its instruction manual, promotional picture in the summer wave sets' instruction manuals, and video as having all of the five pieces. The Crystal Beast set has four of them while the Queen Beast set has the other one, and the Queen Beast set's black piece comes from the Evo Spider Machine rather than the Queen Beast herself. The five black pieces are used for the combiner's hind legs, pincers, and stomach. The piece in the stomach is attached to two translucent blue spike pieces. However, in the online game, Invasion From Below, the combiner uses one of the Queen Beast's blue versions of the piece for the stomach. Thus, it is suggested that you use the blue piece to replace the black one in the combiner's stomach because the instruction manual saying about using one of the black pieces for the stomach is likely an error.
- In the Invasion From Below game, the model is called the "Scorpion Beast".
