Set Information
The model is created by combining pieces of Battle Machines from 44015 Evo Walker and 44018 Furno Jet Machine. It uses # of the two sets' pieces. The instructions for the model were on HeroFactory.com. The two sets, along with the other six early 2014 sets, were released in January 2014 in Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Asia, but their release date was held back until March in North America for an unknown reason.
The set contains two mini-figures, Hero Nathan Evo and Hero William Furno. According to the promotional material for the model, it also includes four more mini-figures, a red and black Jumper, an orange and black Jumper, and two green and black Jumpers. Evo has a buzzsaw and a communication device, and Furno has a fire extinguisher.
Features
The model features two detachable orange cockpits, each with an opening transparent visor. Evo's visor is blue, and Furno's gray. The model's right "hand" has dual Fire Blades combined as one weapon, which can move forwards and backwards. The model's left arm has a Plasma Gun, which is a Goo Shooter, a variation of the Plasma Gun, in the story. Each of the arms has a different printed armor piece. The model has two jet motors on top of it that can rotate to represent it flying. Each of the motors has a flame-like piece that can rotate. The model has two black clipping pieces on its right leg that can contain the gadgets that the Heroes are holding with their hands. According to the promotional martial for the model, the model has an opening transparent orange canister, which is not attached to it.
Trivia
- There is an error in the instructions, where Evo's cockpit is on the right side of the model, where the dual Fire Blades are, and Furno's cockpit is on the left side, where the Goo Shooter is. The bottom two pictures and the Invasion From Below game show the cockpits placed in the correct way.
- Unlike the Goo Shooter in the Evo Walker set, where it can completely articulate, the Goo Shooter in the model has limited articulation, as it can only move upwards and downwards.
- The combination of the dual Fire Blades look like the Dual Fire Shooter.
- In the Invasion From Below game, the model is called the "Furno and Evo Twin Machine".
