Makuro Industries is the company Akiyama Makuro owns before he began Hero Factory.
History
Not much is known about Makuro Industries, but it is Makuro's primary company before the creation of Hero Factory. It has several manufacturing plants around the galaxy, including one on Mechna that produced XT4 robots.
The plant in Mechna was raided by the Legion of Darkness, who stole an XT4 robot and made it a criminal. When Makuro was planning on closing Hero Factory, the Heroes were offered security guard positions at Makuro plants, though Makuro changed his mind when he learned about the Heroes defeating the Legion of Darkness to save the Hero Factory building from them.
Trivia
- In Secret Mission 2: Legion of Darkness, the Makuro Industries plant in Mechna was simply called a "Makuro plant". When people were talking about Makuro Industries, they called it "Makuhero Industries". It is an error because the company was founded before the Hero Factory was created while the Hero Factory inspired people to create Makuhero City.[HFPM] Thus, it is implied that the real name of the company is "Makuro Industries".
- According to Face Off: Makuro's Secret Guidebook, XT4's home is Makuro IV. It is possible that Makuro IV is the name of the factory that he was created in.[FO:MSG, p. 105]
